Decathlon is present in Singapore since 2013 with the first store in Bedok district in 2016. Our missions to make sports accessible to the masses and satisfy customers have resonated well in Singapore, resulting in the rapid expansion of the company. Currently we have 6 “Experience” stores and 9 “Click & Collect” stores in Singapore. We are in search of talent who are sport-passionate and those who relish the challenge of thinking outside the box and breaking new barriers in retailing experience and omni-channel operations.
Responsibilities
- Team Player – The business and the customer always comes first, together with your colleagues you will ensure that the E-commerce operations run smoothly. You will be exposed to all the various roles within E-commerce - Picking/Packing/orders issues /Control Tower. At the same time, you will ensure that all delivery promises meet the respective KPIs.
- Operations: Driven by the operation excellence, you believe in the efficiency of the process and always have an eye on non added value task to improve the service for our customer.
- Continuously review the operational procedures to enhance the supply chain process and monitor the services performance through logistics KPIs analysis to measure the target performance of the 3PL.
- As E-commerce continues to evolve, you will have the freedom to discover new ways to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
- Partnerships – You will be working closely with our different partners in the different topics. Here is where you will apply your networking skills in order to strengthen our operations and ensure it runs smoothly.
- Customer Service – Your customers will always be your number one priority, working closely with our Customer Service team, you will be able to identify areas that need improvement. At Decathlon, we ensure that all our customers remain loyal through our Satisfied or Satisfied policy.
- Project Driven – You will play a pivotal part in the E-commerce Operations of Singapore Lab where it will contribute largely to the City project for E-commerce operations [C02 optimization, 0 Plastic project, supplier management, Productivity report, Live dashboard]
