Job Responsibilities:

• To verify that all material specifications are correct.
• To perform basic quality check regularly to ensure no defects in finished product and to adjust the machine if needed.
• To be able to troubleshoot and rectify basic machines faults and maintain machines in good machine efficiency, good housekeeping and safety
• Collect and record process data on specified data sheet
• Carry Out Loading, Unloading and Raw Material Charging Activities
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities

Requirements:

• NTC / NITEC and/or above in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience in Process Manufacturing / Chemical or related environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Collection of materials from customer sites
• Safely and efficiently collect materials from customer locations as per scheduled timelines
• Verify that collected materials match the collection order and documentation
• Inspect and verify incoming materials against the delivery orders and relevant documentation
• Ensure that materials are in good condition upon receipt and promptly report any discrepancies or damage
• Accurately record the receipt of materials into the inventory system
• Perform accurate weighing of materials upon collection and receipt to ensure compliance with specifications
• Labelling: Ensure materials are correctly labelled after weighing for proper identification and tracking
• Storing of Materials: Safely store materials in designated locations according to company procedures and safety regulations
• Documentation Check: Cross-check materials against shipping documents to ensure accuracy before dispatch
• Packing: Safely and securely pack materials for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements
• Stuffing: Assist with loading (stuffing) materials into containers or vehicles, ensuring proper handling and weight distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and exterior company perimeters
• Ensure that work areas are kept safe and hazard-free in compliance with company safety standards

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry
• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Computer literature
