Job Description:
- Familiar with SAP - PP and MM modules.
- Meet monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Control inventory and 100% delivery to the customers.
- Collect and estimate customer forecasts, to create an 18-month production plan and load it into the SAP system.
- Monthly submit volume forecast to Finance and weekly outlook, accuracy is requested.
- Weekly release two weeks production schedule and fix one week without change.
- Daily work with the operation team to follow up on schedule attainment.
- Daily work with the material team to understand the material support plan.
- Monthly submit a six-month build plan to the IE team to study capacity.
- Weekly release ship plan according to customer demand and operation output.
- Work with the quality team if have a quality issue and how to replace customers on time.
- Weekly update SAP planning, ensuring correct forecast to release to the supplier.
Requirements:
- At least three years of production planner/production control prior experience.
- Open to Diploma holders or higher.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Chinese speakers - must liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- Local Singaporeans only.
- Regular Normal Working hours.
