We are looking for a Product Manager to craft the best mobile and desktop experience for our users. As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in shaping the future of our products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on time
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
- Create, execute, and manage production schedules using agile methodologies, including product documentation, specifications and user stories.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines with agile methodologies
- Engage and cooperate with end users to cultivate relationships and expedite the flow of feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with over 8 years experience in product management
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools for decision-making.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align product roadmap with overall company goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools for product management.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
