Job Description
- Manufacturing & Scheduling: Perform daily manufacturing and job scheduling activities.
- Manpower Management: Plan and schedule manpower to meet operational needs.
- Enforce discipline and standard operating procedures within the Operations Department.
- Maintain and implement 5S principles to improve productivity.
- Manage processes related to distribution, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Track shipments, resolve operational issues (e.g., flight delays or customs problems), and maintain records for reporting and audits.
- Oversee billing and costing after shipment departures.
