Requirements

• At least Two (2) years of relevant experience dealing with customers in a frontline / call center experience
• Candidate with facilities maintenance experience will be prefered or deal with fault / repairs reporting for buildings.
• Be proficient in English and one other language, computer literate, adequate typing skills
• Able to handle and swiftly respond with proper etiquette to telephone calls, emails received.

12 hours shift (8.30am to 8.30pm, 8.30pm to 8.30am)

Based in Tagore Lane Office

• Be proficient in English and one other language, computer literate, adequate typing skills
