Senior/ Assistant Manager, Service Transformation (MyChart Product Analyst)
As part of Group Service Transformation Office, the Senior/ Assistant Manager’s key role is to drive care transformation in NUHS by co-creating digital patient journeys and assessing the feasibility of leveraging MyChart for the shortlisted use cases. MyChart has been identified as a key tool for increasing patient engagement and activation. This supports a key thrust of the NUHS vision to deliver Incredible Care that is Digital as default. This role entails active user and stakeholder engagement to map out process workflows, participate in technical solutioning and lead change management efforts to drive MyChart adoption.
Reporting to the Head, Planning & Product Development Section, Group Service Transformation, you will:
Job Responsibilities
- Support planning initiatives including, but not limited to preparing proposals, collating relevant technical info / statistics to guide decision making.
- Perform independent research to identify new clinical features that bring value to app users and develop corresponding implementation plans.
- Identify suitable platforms to reach out to different staff groups in each institution to conduct and support staff training (e.g., department meetings, clinic roll-calls, orientation etc.)
- Translate the vision of an ideal patient experience into user-centric designs for digital interfaces across service touchpoints
- Present concepts and designs to key stakeholders for review and iteration
- Produce clear and comprehensive documentation on business requirements and ensure that the documents remain updated.
- Harmonize development requirements and requests across public healthcare clusters.
- Monitor the utilization and adoption of MyChart using Epic reports.
- Collaborate with technical business analysts and system specialist teams to deliver digital solutions.
- Coordinate and monitor roll-out of digital solutions across multiple touch-points.
- Collate feedback directly from user feedback channels (app support email and app store reviews) to improve user interface design, product usability and operational workflows.
- Manage internal stakeholder engagements and ensure that project plans are communicated timely.
- Prioritize delivery of new/ existing features based on available app development resources and an understanding of the cluster strategic direction.
- Support in ad-hoc/special projects assigned to Group Service Transformation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations, nursing, or allied health..
- Agile and innovative mind-set.
- Excellent communication skills in presenting ideas and capable of leading stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Proactive, with creative problem-solving skills.
- Up to date on the latest user experience trends, techniques and technologies, preferably with experience in successfully integrating new techniques into solutions.
- Passionate to be part of digital transformation in Healthcare.
- Familiarity with NGEMR (Epic) is an advantage.
