- Attending meetings with tender pursuit team and identify responsibilities, required inputs and key
dates.
- Review of all information relating to bid, clarification of responses received from internal support
departments and insertion of qualifications into bid document as appropriate.
- Preparation and compilation of quotes and proposals in accordance with ITT guidelines.
- Maintaining single point of contact for the client during the bid and bid clarification phases.
- Assisting Sales Admin Clerks with sales order entry and revisions in Epicor.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
