Additional Information:

• Minimum of 2 years proven track record in the sales function and experience in related industry

Job Scope:

• Drive service delivery to customers and growth by planning of linehaul for shipment and closely managing the movements to achieve established SOP & KPIs.
• Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure shipment is smoothly delivered to final destination.

Job Description:

• Prepare the NPI schedules and ensure to meet the timeline
• Oversee the progress of the product start from design to New Product Introduction (NPI) and site transfer until production ramp up.
• Follow up with respective functional dept and teams to clear the road blocks of any issue related to assign products
• Work on continuous product improvement costing, process etc.
• Liaise with design centres, Product Managers, Supply Chain Management, Outsource Management, Quality, Reliabiity & Assurance, Purchasing and Order Fulfilment teams to complete the production Release related documentation.
• Conduct Review and meeting for Production Releases, to follow up any outstanding issues.
• Govern the aspects of project planning and initiation and ensure all PR documentation has closed
• Provide guidance and support to manufacturing site to achieve the target yield for production release
• Manage the resources to build the prototypes required by design centres
• Liaise with supplier and purchasing team to get the component resources for protype build
• Working with manufacturing site to collect Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) data to feedback to Design
• Ensure completeness of technical documentation and knowledge retention and maintaining up-to-date in database
• Maintain the superBOM with standard part number
• Work closely with Group Material Master Custody (GMMC) team and ensure SAP data integrity
• Responsible to hold ECN to all stakeholders to ensure change management completed
