Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Script;
• Has hands on work experience in User Acceptance testing (UAT);
• Experienced in gathering requirements and meeting business stakeholders;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as with teams.

Desired Skill-set

• Prior experience in Financial Services industry

Responsibilities

• Understand complete testing life cycle for product implementations and the core operational system, encompassing thorough quality assessments from end to end;
• Execute user acceptance testing for new product launches and enhancements, aligning seamlessly with business and operational prerequisites;
• Ensure the smooth and timely closure of the entire testing phase, promptly reporting any identified issues to the Supervisor;
• Prepare essential test data, oversee testing progression, and log identified defects;
• Escalate discrepancies, defects, or concerns uncovered during test scenario execution to the Supervisor, Project's UAT Test Managers, and IT, ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and resolution;
• Perform configurations of product and policy parameters across diverse systems, adhering to project timelines;
• Provide ongoing support for post-implementation issues;
• Demonstrate accountability by assessing potential business and regulatory compliance risks, and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.
