In this role, you will be working on the product delivery function of the New Business/ Policy Servicing team. You will report to a Team Manager overseeing the Operations Product Delivery team and ensure a timely and seamless experience in launching new products.

Job Description:

Work with the product delivery committee in rolling out new products

• Represent New Business/Policy servicing team in product meetings with the team manager.
• Work with New Business/Policy servicing teams in coming up with business requirements for submission to product delivery committee to ensure that operational requirements are catered for.
• Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off.
• Prepare and conduct training on the new products for New Business/Policy servicing teams.
• Monitor post implementation progress to ensure smooth product roll out
• Document business/handling rules of products launched in the existing SOP/User guides.
