About the role

This role reports to the head of the design department. We are seeking a Product designer manager in shaping the user experience and driving product innovation across our diverse range of financial services. As a Product Design Manager, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to guide your team in delivering best-in-class products that meet the needs of our users while adhering to regulatory standards. Also, the Core platform has 6 business lines, like : Account, Compliance, P2P, Finnaill product, Asset, Customer Genius.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for building and leading a group of product designers to execute our strategic roadmap and level up our global products. You will work collaboratively with peers in Product and Engineering to foster a data and research-driven design culture across the company. The ideal candidate will have successfully led a design team in a previous role, shipped a complex global product to a large user base, and fostered a spirit of learning and teamwork amongst their peers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years experience as a product designer, with more than 2 years experience in people management, special global designer team, with a proven track record of sourcing and growing talent within an organization
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic business thinking, ambitious creative solutions, and cross-platform brand consistency
• Proven success designing and shipping high-quality, impactful, end-to-end experiences as a design lead and/or manager
• You have the ability to recognize great design work and inspire others to achieve higher levels of excellence
• Excellent leadership, project management, and people management skills, and proven ability to mentor and develop junior designers
• Proven success shaping design processes and environments to empower individual contributors to do their best work
• The ability to mentor and foster the talent and skill sets of a team of designers. This includes magnifying individual strengths, while also coaching for areas of improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing executives and evangelizing to stakeholders

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to not only modify our core app product features, but to redesign many of the flows to make them better. We expect our designer to iteratively create a design framework and components for use across the platforms. Our biggest problem at the moment is getting from “functional” to “wow”

THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE

• Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Directing product decisions: Your insights and design expertise will guide the trajectory of our product development.
• Fast-paced creation and development: Your designs won't sit on the drawing board. You'll quickly see them come to life on our platforms.
• Building engaging experiences and interfaces: You'll be key to creating user-friendly and visually pleasing interfaces that engage and delight our users.
• Utilizing Figma: You'll harness the power of Figma to achieve our design goals.
• Creating workable and quick wireframes to assist in pre-UI design prep and testing
• Balancing deliverables across long-term and short-term deadlines
• Developing the product design system and guidelines
• Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on UI/UX with significant work at early and mid-stage startups and B2B SaaS products: You've proven your design skills in this space.
• A macro-to-micro mindset: You're comfortable thinking about the big picture and the smallest details.
• Resilience and adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Clear and concise communication: You can effectively communicate your design ideas and take feedback well.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail: You won’t let any minor inconsistencies slip through.
• Some engineering experience: You can speak the language of our developers.
