About the Department Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing. Job Responsibilities Handle Incoming/outgoing correspondence, ensure adhered to standard requirements. Update relevant reports daily. Attend to enquiries from internal stakeholders. Processing role to complete the audit request(s) in a timely manner. Perform payment and end day reconciliation. Prepare manual payment request. Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate. Liaison with technical to ensure identified issues / problems are effectively investigated and resolved. Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes. Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks and support achievement of team objectives. Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining teamwork. Work productively and professionally. Demonstrate ways to improve increase productivity. Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and support colleagues on process if needed. Maintain equipment, systems and general work environment in good condition, adhering to all appropriate procedures. Job Requirements 1 - 2 years of experience in operations processing at financial institution. Candidate without experience with positive attitude, fast and willing to learn is welcome Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with team members and related departments Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Able and willing to work overtime during peak times Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
