Keep production records including material stock records
Coordinate and confirm goods receiving and goods outgoing documents to warehouse and QC·
Support QC in printing and filing of COA and GHS SDS·
Coordinate delivery orders from the customer service officers·
Collect delivery tickets from drivers and do filing·
Prepare a regular inventory list of goods from the GEO system·
In charge of goods receiving and updating in GEO system
Create Manufacturing Order and Batch Report for certain customers
Print product labels and manage all product label templates
Job Requirement
Education: At least
GCE O/A Levels or ITE/Diploma
in any field
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Able to commence work on short notice or immediately
