This is a high visibility role to set up the APAC FP&A and business controlling function for the group.

We are an European MNC with strong global operations and have invested heavily in APAC growth in the recent years. With the continuous growth in APAC markets, we are now looking for a newly created Business Controller to join the regional team to set up the FP&A function for the group. This role would be instrumental to formulate the growth strategies and targets.
Description
This position is critical to support the region's growth and strategy formulation. You would be required to set up the regional FP&A process including beefing up the existing budget and sales forecast process and building dashboards to bring about visibility on financials and performance metrics. You will be a key finance business partner to Head of Sales and Operations in driving profitability performance within each region and provide analysis/insights to guide decision making. This includes scenario planning, gap analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue improvements as well as pricing advice. You will participate in adhoc projects for process improvements as part of company's growth.
Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with more than 8 years of relevant business controlling/FP&A experience, partnering with commercial stakeholders in the recent years. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from different functional teams. You need to be well-versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint tools. You are highly motivated and self-starter with a strong desire to grow.
