Scope of the program

Operational Training

• Master daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support in coffee preparation, food service, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver memorable customer experiences, engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction.

Team Supervision

• Assist in guiding and motivating team members during service hours.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and uphold our values.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels and minimise wastage through effective stock control.
• Assist in regular stock checks and order placements.

Sales & Business Development

• Contribute ideas for menu enhancements and promotions.
• Support in upselling efforts and maximising sales opportunities.

Leadership Development

• Shadow experienced managers to learn effective leadership and decision-making skills.
• Take on supervisory roles during shifts as part of your training.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Uphold our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Key Requirements

• Strong passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry

Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Handle day to day operation.
• Monitor attendance of the workers.
• To carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure health and safety policies are observed.
• To attend ad-hoc assignment
