Job Description: Skills You'll Need A track record of defining strategy and operating model, then driving through step changes to deliver successful implementation. Able to deal with ambiguity and operate effectively within a matrix environment with high stakeholder complexity. Demonstrable ability to absorb and analysis issues arising from a wide span of control and make sound judgement. Able to articulate sensitive or complex issues in a constructive manner and develop appropriate solutions. Subject matter expertise in Finance processes, techniques, and terminology especially with regards to forecasting, planning, scenario analysis, allocations, and transfer pricing. Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific region, including staffing considerations, cultural nuances, regulatory challenges, and operational readiness matters. Multi-year experience in leading skilled Business Management teams in a global setting. Strong team player with a partnership approach to cooperate across functions. Excellent communications and influencing skills up to Management Board level. High degree of flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to meet deadlines. Project Management qualifications a plus.
