Role: As the Division Internal Communication Manager, the incumbent will:- As key member of Global Wholesale Banking - Division Employee Experience and Communications team, you will build, drive and collaborate with, a team of business reps in Singapore and Overseas Offices, the development of staff engagement strategy, program and calendar and implementation of employee communication and engagement strategies, programs and experiences. Responsibilities: Strategise, build and drive employee experience framework and programs to manage communications and engagement. Lead and develop creative and effective internal communications strategies with clear narratives and clever tactics that are tailored to engage GCB employees in Singapore and at Overseas Offices. Provide expert internal communications counsel to a variety of functions including heads of departments; business heads and General Managers of Overseas Offices.
