Internal Engagement and Problem Sourcing

• Actively communicate with Prudential's LBUs to source problem statements and ideas for the AI product incubation process

Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. • Take responsibility for achieving targeted KPIs by developing strategies for ad product improvement & expansion.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years of project or product management experience.
• Must have language requirements: Bilingual in both Japanese (Business level) and English (Business level) as you will be required to communicate frequently with our Japanese external and internal key stakeholders, and also to communicate with stakeholders across APAC region.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills required to deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of multi-tasking projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and conflict management skills.
• Capable of performing detailed work precisely like report creation and data analysis.
• Good understanding of the internet advertising industry and internet technology.
• High commitment to achieving the team's goals
