We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in integrating and optimising national payment scheme integrations across the APAC region. This role will focus on expanding Wise’s reach through new payment scheme integrations while continuously improving the performance of existing scheme integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs: Build an understanding of how payment schemes impact our customers, and use this understanding to drive product decisions.

The Role

• You will play a key role throughout the product development lifecycle, from customer/market research in the discovery phase to determine positioning through to defining/executing go-to-market plans, and driving post-launch engagement with customers for feedback. 

• You will work closely with product management, design, engineering, analytics, operations, marketing, and public relations teams to ensure the successful launch, promotion, and adoption of our products.

Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. You will be responsible for overseeing the tokenization of securities for fund issuers, working closely with cross-functional teams, fund administrators, and clients. This role focuses on the creation of tokenized securities, including money market funds, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution. Additionally, the Tokenization Product Manager will contribute to the development of OSL's RWA platform, supporting global fund issuers to distribute their RWAs in Hong Kong to OSL's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for tokenization offerings, specifically focusing on money market funds and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
• Develop and execute end-to-end product strategies to support Project Ensemble, including the creation, issuance, and distribution of tokenized securities.
• Ensure alignment of product goals with OSL's broader strategic objectives, particularly in terms of regulatory compliance and market demand.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product development related to tokenization, including working with fund issuers and administrators to facilitate the tokenization of assets.

To scrutinise trade documents and raise requests for trade transactions to be processed by Trade Services Unit, ICICI Bank Limited, India – our Outsourced Service Provider for trade transactions.   Carry out the running of the day-to-day processing for trade finance related activities such as letters of credit advising and/ or confirmation, bills discounting, bills rediscounting, import letters of credit issuance, import bills, banker’s guarantees, export bills and purchase of trade assets   Liaise with clients, RM & CSM for resolution of discrepancies raised by TSU and monitor transaction closure.   Coordinate with Service Provider, Trade Services Unit (TSU), in carrying out trade finance processing.   Ensure collection of all fees involved in Trade Finance related activities such as LC fees, participation fees, etc. and ensure proper settlement of such fees   Ensure timely and accurate application of funds for settlement of import bills and realization of export bills.   Responsible for the safe-keeping of trade finance documentation.   Responsible for scanning of facility documents in safe custody system.   Responsible for scanning AML/ KYC documents, relating to on boarding banks, to COPS for doing AMLOCK checks.   Maintain close communication with internal customers such as Corporate and Institutional Banking, Credit & Compliance, Treasury, Finance, etc.   Assist in providing ad-hoc MIS and regulatory reporting   SOX attester performing testing and walkthrough activities annually.   Any other relevant task or project as assigned by the Reporting Manager   Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience

We are looking for an Otis ONE Global Product Manager, Mechanic Application to be based in Singapore.

About You

In this role you will report to the IoT Product Director based in Shanghai.

Your role will involve consulting with business departments to identify their requirements, optimize their processes, and manage projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring the correct and efficient implementation of IoT solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your main duties will include managing and executing IoT software projects within the allocated time, quality, and budget using efficient methodologies.

What you will be doing

• Drive the Software Product development program from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase.
• Lead the cross-function and multi-site program team to deliver the new product development programs on time, on scope, on budget, and on quality.
• Program status reporting and budget planning, spending, and tracking for managed projects.
• Managing multiple types of programs including 3rd party partners development products and/or solutions.
• Accountable for general business concepts, ROI, budget management, strategic alignment, quality principles and application and organizational issues involved in software project and program management
• Execute data driven analytic and Web/APP product management.
• Drive Ecommerce, customer facing application and subscription management
• Utilize software requirements to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule.
• Manage change, risks, and issues. Ensure issues are highlighted, addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Track project progress and report status to the management team and take ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed.
• Monitor project quality assurance (QA) activities, manage vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers), including requirements, delivery, quality, reporting and so forth.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electronics and Engineering, Computer Science or Business Management.
• 5+ years relevant experience in a software related business, with 3+ years in a software management position, with demonstrated history and ability dealing with executive teams.
• Engineering experience in software development will be an added advantage.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team’s activities are aligned with broader team’s strategy, priority and objectives.
• Have experience collaborating and managing 3rd party vendors including SW/HW ODM/JDM and manufactory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact with and influence management at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills.
• Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Curious about new things, solution thinking, and data driven.
