Job Description Summary:

• Manage production unit to optimize cost, delivery, and quality performance.
• Oversee daily operations, assign manpower, and ensure key metrics are met.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and compliance standards.
• Provide hands-on support, establish standard work, and track performance metrics.
• Plan manpower requirements, training, and implement on-the-job training programs.
• Implement corrective actions, safety measures, and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain production equipment and collaborate with Materials and Customer Service teams to meet production schedules and customer satisfaction.
• Involved in hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Job Requirements:

• Strong skills in planning, organization, leadership, and communication.
• Experience in performance management, staff evaluation, and applying Human Factors and Error Management.
• Knowledge of Airworthiness Regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Extensive experience in shop management and working with diverse teams.
• Experience and knowledge in Special Process Processes

• Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, and processes.
• Set and implement process flow structure and chart.
• Prepare and implement work improvement program.
