ABOUT THE TEAM
The ARC (Automation, Reinvention and Collaboration) team is the innovation arm of Operations at Parametric, with the mission to prepare the group to become the next-gen operations organization. The team works closely with tech, investment and other functions at Parametric to provide the platform, capabilities and enablement for operations to scale up and succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven product leader with strong technical background and vision for leveraging emerging technologies to drive operational innovation. As the Operations Product Lead in ARC, the individual will play a critical role in driving innovation and operational excellence at Parametric. This role will act as the product owner for the technology systems used by operations teams, bridging the needs between development teams and business users. Additionally, this role will also potentially expand to lead the exploration and experimentation of AI use cases in Operations, working as a close partner to our AI technology teams to leverage AI to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for the technology systems used by Operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate into product requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined requirements.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage and drive execution of department projects and initiatives including Operations technology projects.

- Represent Operations as a key business partner across the organization, keeping Operations at the forefront and actively engaged in business and product decisions. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering degree (bachelor / master) from a top tier college
- 10+ years previous experience in product management in financial services industry or consulting

- Ability to function successfully in ambiguous conditions
- Well organized, self-starter with the ability to analyze information and support others
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track records of delivering successful technology products
- Experience with agile development methodologies

Team Introduction

The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. The purpose of Risk and Response is to mitigate and lessen escalation. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and improve product capability, features, and tool ability to detect risks at an earlier stage, monitor possible online risks, and respond to any emergency risk trends in a speedier manner.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the design of data products, including data monitoring, data analysis, data insight, and algorithm-related platforms;

- Work closely with the business team to develop a deep understanding of the business and provide the business with insights, recommendations, and solutions from the data perspective and analysis;

- Participate in the operation and maintenance of data products, promote product landing, continuously gather feedback from users, and keep tracking product adoption and performance;

- With strong data sensitivity, collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape and optimizing products and drive continuous improvement of user experience;

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of data product management or related experience; Preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree; Data products, data analysis, data development working experience is preferred;

- Familiarity with data platforms, including but not limited to data visualization, metric management, feature management, algorithm engineering, portrait analysis, analysis and diagnosis, permission platform, etc.;

- Proven entire experience in planning, design, execution, and launch of successful data products;

- Data-driven and have a good sense of data; Excellent data analysis skills and strong understanding of data, data platforms, and related technologies;

- Self-motivated, practical, honest, and good at cooperation; problem-solving aptitude, the ability of excellent workload management, and willingness to accept challenges;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, detail oriented and receptive to feedback.

We are Data-TnS data product & general service team. Our team mainly services TnS business and provides data solutions for the business. We provide accurate, timely, complete, and transparent data assets for the TnS business and help the business solve problems on a large scale. Specifically, we provide data products covering the complete data service process from basic data construction to data products, helping the TnS business to solve the problems encountered in the data's whole life cycle, including Data Definition, Data Access, Data Management, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Diagnostic Insight, etc.

In Customer Service Platform (CSP), we innovate, develop advanced technologies and customer service product solutions that integrate with all TikTok's applications across the global markets. Our vision is to serve TikTok's billions of users with smart and efficient self-service help solutions and empower our support specialists with best-of-the-class customer service platform ecosystem and tools, which deliver the best customer service experience.

Responsibilities

- Analyze user insights, gather current industrial trends, design and launch strategic infrastructural and scalable platform solutions as building blocks to achieve company's business objectives.

- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, product roadmap development, detailed requirements, prototyping, product launch and post launch operation support.

- Establish strong partnership between Customer Service Product team and regional business team, advocate platform product solutions and derive smart customisation to meet local business requirements.

- Define product key performance metrics and process metrics, design product dataset and perform regular data analysis to derive the insights that guide the product iterations.

- Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch.

- Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback.

- Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or higher degree in a related discipline.

- 3+ years product management experience.

- Proven product management working experience in customer service field of E-Commerce business. Good knowledge of E-Commerce buyer, seller and customer service agent's user habits on E-Commerce support products will be a bonus.

- Experience of working in large complex organisations, collaborating with cross functional teams across globe in a highly dynamic environment.

- Good data analytical skills and logical thinking.

- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, able to multitask, prioritise the task and deliver the results under pressure.

- Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to resolve the challenges they present or experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
