JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
2. Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
3. Preparing tax computation for GST
4. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
6. Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
7. Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
9. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Skill/Experience
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
* Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and drive our cloud database product strategy,

development, and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure,

Requirements:

•  Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Oracle or the technology industry and

• technologies. Have a basic command of one or more databases, such as Oracle, GaussDB, MySQL, SQL

•  With Oracle Administrator experience or related certification(s) are strongly preferred.

The incumbent is responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure optimal inventory level in our Warehouses, and he/she is expected to:

• Work together as a team of inventory planners to achieve Service Level and Costing KPI and solving operational issues.
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and various other stakeholders, including coordinating the delivery with suppliers and distribution centres.
