• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing.
• Preferred experience in PCBA EMS or contract manufacturing, plastic injection molding, and box builds.
• Open to traveling to European and other site locations as needed.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the end to end manufacturing process and resolving production related issues
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, P&D and QA&RA departments to ensure sufficient stock levels
• Able to lead and understand challenges due to business nature and help enable/shape improvements to operational management systems and processes
• Prepare forecast capacity planning, monitor factory output, plan, organize and allocate of resources to meet delivery requirements
• Managing, leading and motivating the staff to build team spirit and to maintain high morale
• Ensure effective, efficient and timely execution of planned production schedule
• Implementing new technology to increase efficiency and productivity in the production process
• Ensure smooth running of all operations in an appropriate and cost-effective manner
• Ensure all finished goods are in full compliance with customer specifications and company regulatory requirements and standards
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Other duties assigned by the Company as and when necessary
