DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production
• Effective production planning and execution
• Good forecasting for materials and stock build up
• Good manpower control
• Good hygiene and cleaning practices
NAVision System
• Update and maintain accuracy of system inventory
• Creating production orders
• Performing input, output, product reclassification and adjustments
• Submitting monthly stock-take records
HR Related Matters
• Rostering of manpower
• Updating of Organization Chart
• Updating and submission of attendance records
• Administer e-leave system
• Work closely with Production/Factory Manager and HR IC pertaining to an employee matter
• Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates and HR IC for hiring process
• Orientate new hires, see to exiting procedures for resigning employees
Purchase Requisition
• Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels of production equipment supplies and office stationery supplies
• Liaise, source, discuss and negotiate with appointed vendors for any ad-hoc equipment/projects or services
General Administrative Support
• Partake in daily/weekly meetings, recording minutes of meetings
• Handling petty cash and Cash Cards
Others
• Production improvement initiative
• Assist in preparing monthly report
• Other tasks assign by superior
