Job Description:
Able to lead, train and coach team member
Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
Create, maintain and update the SAP system
ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Requirement:
Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required
Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
Willing to learn new things and hands on
Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
Computer literate

• Ensure Production meet delivery requirements in a safe manner
• Supervising workers, production schedule & in-process QC checks
• Provide guidance to new workers, organize training when required.
• Monitor & Report on machine utilization and coordinate with Planner’s schedule on job-loading
• Ensure proper machine operation & identify machine for preventive servicing/ repair
• Conduct regular employee briefing/meeting (toolbox, safety, etc)
• Investigate the root cause of non-conformance, and recommend corrective actions and measures
• Ensure operators have sufficient Raw Materials for machines
• Provide administrative support for production
• Emphasize good 5S and proper housekeeping on the production floor

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent
• With 2 to 4 years in Team Leader or Supervisor role in manufacturing environment
• Learn to drive forklift and pass forklift test
• Must be able perform shifts where required
• Able to work overtime
