About the role:

The candidate will work closely with the founding team to define, design, and develop the product offerings for business partners and internal usage. This is a challenging yet rewarding role for visionary product professionals to shape their career.

• You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the craft of product strategy, development, and launch of new products and features, GTM , and other current product offerings such as checkout and payment products.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback to evolve our product offerings continuously.
• Collaborate closely with multiple product and business stakeholders to drive alignment and prioritization, keeping customer value as a top priority.
• Work with our external partners for win-win outcomes
• Proactively identify gaps in the product, processes, and market to lead the effort in building relevant solutions that drive business value
• Work closely with a team of engineers, architects, designers, ops team to deliver excellence and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team
• Incorporate feedback from consumers, data, market intelligence, research, competitor analysis, and design features/functionalities always to keep miles ahead of the competition
• Gather post-launch client feedback, measure performance, and quickly capture leanings to adapt the product.

About your experience:

• 3-5 years full-time working experience in a product role, preferred experience with lending or payment products
• Strong business acumen and able to build a knowledge base quickly
• Able to work independently, data-driven, analytical and think systematically
• Result-oriented and excited about finding solutions to complex problems
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence—ability to interpret complex data and articulate to stakeholders for their buy-in

Job Title: Production Controller (ID4577)
Location: Paya Lebah （Airport Road）
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.30pm

Job Description:
• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for materials). Ensure that inhouse/outhouse/purchased parts arrive in time for engine build.
• Execute rotable exchanges when required and perform all transaction in SAP
• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for manhours/cost). Ensure that clocked hours are well within the budget.
• WIP engines costing consolidation and submission for approval
• Coordination of Costing review meetings with internal stakeholders
• Perform costing submission to Customer Support and ensure jobs are DN/TECO in SAP
• Support overseas MRO shop (STATCO) material requirements and responsible to provide packing list for shipments to overseas MRO shop
• Complete continuous improvement projects to improve processes and productivity

Requirements:
• Min. Nitec/Higher Nitec or eqiuvalent in Aerospace, Mechanical or Supply Chain
• 3 years and above of experience in an Aerospace environment with production planning preferred
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning of financial products and the implementation of business development strategies, including various conventional and innovative financial products.
• Assist in managing financial risks, researching compliance issues in various countries' financial businesses, ensuring product compliance, and mitigating legal risks.
• Dive into user behavior, understand user usage patterns, and discern the underlying needs behind user behavior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in financial product-related consulting.
