JOB DESCRIPTION

1. General

Planner is responsible for Sales order acknowledgement, issue Purchase Order, schedule production plan according to demand and invoice for shipment. Develop production plan according to available capacity and scheduling of work orders per customers requirement (Assemble to order). Analyzes supply and demand at the family and master schedule level to determine out of balance conditions and recommended alternatives to superior. . Experience in warehousing management and operations is necessary

2. Resposiblilities

· Responsible for creating and maintaining master schedule for material and capacity planning balancing the supply and demand for a product family.

· Create Purchase Order and acknowledge Sales Order from Supply Units.

· Coordinate with Suppliers, Supply Unit, production and logistics to ensure delivery schedule are met.

· Expedite material from Suppliers and follow up with them on discrepancies claim.

· Review Order Point, Safety Stock and Demand and maintain components at optimize level to minimize slow, non-movers obsolescence.

· Participate in key performance indicator on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

· Support ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environment management system

· Drive warehouse improvements with data base analysis and best practice recommendations.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Purchase and Material Management or Business Administration
• At least 2-3 years of Materials Management/Supply Chain experience
• Experience in SAP/MRP application advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Word /Access.
• Hands on person and used to work in a smaller organization
• Good communication skills and relationship with all level of staff , with positive attitude
• Additional experience in 3PL logistic and purchasing /vendor management preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Establish, revise and manage production schedule to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinating with production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
• Report on the production status, performance and any production issues to upper management,
• Any other tasks assigned by superior if needed.

Job Requirements:

• 'A' level or Diploma in related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Possess initiative at work and positive working attitude with a good interpersonal skillset
• Meticulous with attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel formulas)

Financial Controller

Company background: An established Platinum Group Metals (PGM) recycling company in Singapore.

Location: West (Penjuru Tech Hub) - Transportation pick up available from Jurong East MRT

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (9am-6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Group’s Cashflow (cashflow optimization, cashflow forecast, management of expenses and expenditures, budgeting, consolidation and P&L forecast, debt management and collection)
• Perform monthly group consolidation and results analysis
• Develop risk management/control strategy
• Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk minimization plans, opportunity forecasting and cost enhancement measures
• Oversee the group financial reports and manage all audit related matters
• Provide ROI analysis and providing advice for the Group’s investment and expansionary decisions
• Oversee GST and income tax matters, including tax planning
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and development
• Financial projects which includes developing an effective chain of communication between procurement, production, hedging and finance team to optimize production output and cashflow
• Manage and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with legislations and regulations
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights, constructive feedbacks and recommendations to the management for improving profitability, liquidity and overall financial health
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to the Company’s business activities and related to the rol

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller (experience within precious metals / commodity trading is a plus)
• Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Candidate with knowledge and experience for accounting in China is an added advantage
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in managing financial audits and working with external auditors
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
• Preferably possess mandarin speaking skills to liaise with China stakeholders
