As a Client Partner you will be responsible for overseeing and managing geospatial projects and client relationships. With 18 to 20 years of experience you will leverage your expertise in Operations Management and CRM-Sales to drive successful project outcomes and enhance client satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of geospatial solutions to meet client needs and contribute to the company’s’ growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of geospatial projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee the integration of geospatial data and solutions into client operations to enhance efficiency.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored geospatial solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project deliverables.
- Develop and implement best practices for geospatial data management and analysis.
- Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial projects.
- Utilize CRM-Sales skills to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review project status and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the geospatial team.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Possess extensive experience in Operations Management ensuring efficient project execution.
- Demonstrate strong CRM-Sales skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive business growth.
- Have a deep understanding of geospatial data and its applications in Product & Retail Industries is a MUST.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Show proficiency in project management tools and techniques to oversee complex projects.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and motivate project teams towards success.
