• Process Understanding: Analyze and understand business processes and workflows to drive successful implementation of product and process improvements.

• Budget Management: Monitor project hours against budget and update forecasts for any changes in scope.
• Problem-Solving: Apply analytical thinking and proven methodologies to resolve project challenges creatively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or related fields
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (mandatory).
• PMP and/or Prince2 certification (preferred).
• 4+ years in Agile Scrum projects, ideally in the container shipping industry.
• Proven track record in managing software transformation and process re-engineering projects.
• Strong project management skills, including on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
