Responsibilities

• Perform the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas. Act as Technical Authority, assuring the initial and continuing capability of the Production method to produce conforming product and ensuring the resolution of technical issues/problems/arisings to meet business and customer requirements for safety, cost, delivery rate and leadtime (SQCD). Job Summary:

The Production Engineer will be part of a multi-disciplined team, providing support to the production elements of the IV2 applications. The role is centered on application support, and requires a wide range of technical skills.

Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer will work closely with development, infrastructure and Business IT teams to:

Position Overview:
The Production Supervisor will lead and manage company's production shift team. This role ensures smooth operations by supervising, coaching, and motivating the team to meet company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. People Management

• Supervise and lead the production team.
• Plan and manage manpower resources.
• Conduct training and daily shift meetings.
• Provide performance feedback and career development.
• Maintain accurate attendance records.

2. Daily Operations

• Ensure compliance with SOP, cGMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Report production and material usage accurately.
• Utilize the SAP system for operations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and warehouse on quality and materials.
• Meet production schedules and fulfill customer orders.

3. Workplace Safety & 5S

• Promote safety and good housekeeping (5S) practices.
• Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Minimize waste and scrap.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485 standards, and SOPs.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Strong leadership with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Summary
