Responsibilities:·

• Solve complex system integration issues on an optical wafer/component inspection tool· Develop product specifications based on system requirement
• Involve in product development through release and will be expected to champion his/her technical solution
• Provide feedback on design changes by working closely with Development Engineering teams (M.E., E.E., and S/W Eng.) and creating ECO and documentation as needed

Requirements:·

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3 or more years of experience in Design/System Engineering
• Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use a variety of precision testing and measuring Instruments
• Must possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis
• In-depth understanding of optical, mechanical, electrical, and software components involved in the design and development of optical-based, semiconductor inspection equipment or equivalent is a plus
• Expected to travel up to 10% of the time where applicable
