• Collaborate with sales, services, and consumer insights teams to gather customer feedback, incorporate it into product marketing messaging, and provide recommendations to Product teams for enhancements.
• Work closely with product management, marketing managers, and commercial teams to establish best practices and ensure successful product launches and services.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure product positioning and value messaging are seamlessly integrated into user interfaces.
• Supervise and communicate progress on plans, key milestones, roadblocks, and mitigation approaches.
• Gather regional customer needs and commercial inputs, incorporating design thinking practices to ensure user-centric product development.
• Manage user research efforts, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis for synthesizing results and sharing findings within the organization.

The Razer software ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with video games and digital platforms world-wide.  The Associate Director of Product Marketing for Razer Software would be responsible for creating the marketing vision and customer messaging for Razer Software.   

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the user acquisition strategy for Razer Software products like Razer Chroma, Razer Synapse and Razer Axon.
• Create a positioning and communication strategy for Razer Software including advertising, events and public relations.
• Drive the strategy with Global Business Development teams to grow the Chroma RGB ecosystem through partnerships with game developers and hardware partners.
• Develop and implement marketing launch plans to align with product team objectives and set success metrics for marketing teams.
• Coordinate cross-company initiatives with a variety of stakeholders including Razer hardware, services, sales and global marketing teams.
• Seek and manage partner collaborations to grow the Chroma RGB ecosystem.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign.
• Responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes.

Pre-Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant marketing or product management experience with proven track record of success in PC software.
• Solid expertise and experience in execution of product marketing strategies and campaigns in both a strategic and tactical sense
