Role: As the Division Internal Communication Manager, the incumbent will:- As key member of Global Wholesale Banking - Division Employee Experience and Communications team, you will build, drive and collaborate with, a team of business reps in Singapore and Overseas Offices, the development of staff engagement strategy, program and calendar and implementation of employee communication and engagement strategies, programs and experiences. Responsibilities: Strategise, build and drive employee experience framework and programs to manage communications and engagement. Lead and develop creative and effective internal communications strategies with clear narratives and clever tactics that are tailored to engage GCB employees in Singapore and at Overseas Offices. Provide expert internal communications counsel to a variety of functions including heads of departments; business heads and General Managers of Overseas Offices. Strategise, develop and drive communications and staff engagement activities calendar, including communication strategies, programs, and events tailored differently for Singapore and Overseas Offices. Manage and oversee the internal communications channels and content delivery such as email broadcasts, videos. Manage internal and external staff recognition and awards programs. Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in Singapore and Overseas Offices. Be an advocate and proponent of positive employee experience and drive employee engagement. Qualifications A passionate and enthusiastic individual who seeks to deliver superior work-life experience for fellow colleagues; comfortable with public speaking in small or large group settings. Employee communications experience within a financial institution or multi-national company essential. Excellent writing skill is a must, with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative. Proven track record of developing staff engagement and communications program. Experience in creating metrics to measure communication effective reach and engagement would be an advantage. Fastidious and attention orientated but also comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to form a cohesive and effective outcome from potentially incongruous facts and individual perspectives. Bachelor's degree, with at least 10 years of public relations or communications or marketing experience. Proficiency in Sharepoint and design tools/applications is essential.
