Essential Duties & Responsibilities

– Develop and communicate a comprehensive vision, product roadmap, and articulate the short-term and long-term strategy holistically for the APAC region, ensuring tight alignment to business strategy and OKRs and the Global Digital strategy. Your key responsibilities

· Design the execution of our clients’ transformation programs to support their transition towards a digital and data-driven organisation, with data and people at the heart of change.

· Manage the life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.

· Bring to life a seamless data and analytics strategy that solve our clients’ most complex business challenges to enable the making of better-informed decisions.

· Design and implement data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data.

· Leverage data platforms and solutions to help our clients visualise and better understand their data.

· Provide thought leadership on how our clients can innovate with traditional or emerging technology tools and disrupt their current ways of working to extract greater value from their input.

· Lead and support the creation of client proposals and business development initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Services (either industry or consulting and appropriate to your level). Preferably a year of consulting experience in any of the Big 4 or consulting firms.

· Experience in data and analytics approaches such as data mesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle of B2B SaaS offerings, from initial concept and design through to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring the product meets its business objectives and delivers a superior user experience.
• Data-Driven Product Development: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement and continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and market trends.
• Global Market Insights: Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and behaviours of the company’s customers across different regions, drive product innovation and localization efforts to cater to specific regional markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and customer success, to ensure smooth product delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or fintech product development, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in global markets.
• A solid understanding of product methodologies and a structured approach to product development.
• Demonstrates ability to conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and a deep understanding of agile principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
