We are seeking a skilled and strategic Product Manager to handle the product development initiatives within research and development (R&D) environment, working with cross-functional teams, and assist in facilitating technology transfer processes. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Technology Transfer Initiative:

• Partner with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

Regulatory and Compliance Management:

• Maintain an understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations to ensure products meet all necessary certifications and legal requirements.

Product Launch & Commercialization:

• Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans, in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor and support the product during the commercialization phase to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
• Provide input and recommendations to enhance product portfolio based on customer feedback and market data.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential risks during the technology transfer and development phases, proactively addressing challenges to ensure the timely delivery of the product.
• Address technical and operational issues that may arise during the transfer of technologies to manufacturing or commercialization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Use data and analytics to track the progress and success of technology transfer projects and product development efforts.
• Regularly update leadership on progress, challenges, and key milestones in the technology transfer process and product lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving the technology transfer process and product development strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new approaches and best practices into the product management lifecycle.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in product management, technology transfer, or R&D management, ideally within a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of R&D and technology transfer processes, including both technical and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Purpose: Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety regulations at work are followed, making sure adequate training has been provided to the workers in the usage of equipment, and identifying deficiencies to be improved in production.

• Supporting the Product team that powers the Wise Card issuing infrastructure to our partners. You’ll be spearheading the end-to-end operational onboarding flow of new partners which includes configuring set-up in Visa/Mastercard, onboard partners onto Apple Pay/Google Pay and solving physical card issuance requirements.

• Taking full ownership of projects from initial scoping to final implementation, including assessing problem size and impact, creating rollout plans, collaborating across teams, conducting testing, and refining solutions.
