Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital asset markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media.
• Develop annual marketing plans and oversee A&P budgets to optimize resource allocation.
• Analyse sales performance data and market trends to contribute to campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, commercialization, and operationalizing your product category, driving its growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, considering global opportunities, target customers, positioning, value proposition, pricing, and initial capacity plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to design and manufacture new product models.
• Lead product development, conduct consumer and market research, define product requirements, and oversee product launches, user manuals, and product roadmaps.
• Partner with software development on product requirements and smart home integration.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing to monitor and drive product success.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant B2B product management experience or equivalent expertise in product strategy, development, and launch.
• Analytical self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative in new product lines or models.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessment and review on supplier qualification, performance and process capability
• Ensure supplier quality issues are deal with, analysed, improved and follow through
• Collect, handle and follow-up on customer feedback/complaints
• Support internal, external and customer audits
• Evaluation, verification and validation of new parts/samples
• Establish and maintain inspection criteria for incoming, in-process and final products
• Identify quality issues, NCR, CAPA handling and drive continuous improvement
• Authorize the release (COC) of products, COA review & approval
• Monthly data analysis on product quality and quality objective
• Review and approval on DHR
• Participate in new projects, commercial product quality management and control

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant subject area with 3 years’ experience in medical device QA and/or RA
• ISO 13485:2016 certified internal auditor will be advantageous
