Working hours: 12 hours per shift, following 3443 schedule, rotation shift of 8am – 8pm or vice versa.

Responsibilities:

Functional:

• Oversee and manage activities in the QC labs and associated areas, including:

1. QC Change Room
2. Sample Retain Room
3. Inventory Room
4. Other areas as per site layout

• Execute QC procedures (SOPs) for conducting lab analysis.
• Prepare and maintain instruments used in the laboratory.
• Collect raw material samples from the plant.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the lab.
• Assist supervisors in setting up new analytical methods and techniques.
• Ensure all data is accurately generated according to SOPs and transferred to SAP.
• Review and validate test results against predefined specifications.
• Promptly report abnormalities to the manager.
• Ensure safe work practices in the lab and surrounding areas.
• Comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety):

• Adhere to lab safety procedures and comply with site safety regulations, processes, and work guidelines to ensure personal and colleague safety.
• Serve as a safety role such as First Aider, EHS Committee Member, or Fire Warden when appointed.
• Maintain and update the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the laboratory.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Production Engineer

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Allowance + AWS + VB

Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri): 8am-5.30pm

Working Location: Sembawang Area (Transport Provided)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production operation activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing process.
• Liaise with cross functional department on effective corrective/preventive actions, including carry out improvement activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
• Handle audit in accordance with TS/IATF & ISO and OHSAS requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years with relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on TS/IATF 16949, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, SPC, FMEA and TPM will be added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Require putting on jumpsuit and protective mask as Personal Protective Equipment whenever it is necessary.
