• Maintain high standard of food hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace and ensure full compliance to HACCP and other food safety standards.
• Maintain and improve workplace environmental, health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Science/Food Technology or any Engineering discipline
• Prior working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in food production or food processing industry

Job Description :

• Assist in the smooth operation of all manufacturing activities.
• QC check on all products before leaving the factory premise.
• Perform maintenance of all tools, equipment, machines and facilities.
• Maintain a healthy spare parts inventory.
• Minimize production material wastage.
• To ensure that safe working methods and procedures are followed by all operators.
• Monitor and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Take care of HACCP/GMP Program , active role in the safety committee and AIB Team. Train all staff under their supervision on various SOPs and WI s drafted for the production line and activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical engineering/technology or its equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of related working experience, preferably from a food processing industry with approximately 2 years at a supervisory level.
• Working experience in a multicultural workforce environment with adequate skills in understanding and managing the cultural diversity is essential.
