Summary

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair work of production Automation machines
• Meet Target set by supervisor
• Identify and initiate with all departments to achieve optimum productivity
• Ensure all products meet the standard cycle time and minimise machine down time

Responsibilities

• To carry out repair & maintenance tasks assigned by superior
• To record all repair & maintenance tasks on appropriate records
• To provide support to ensure production machines & equipment is repaired timely
• To attend to unforeseen machine breakdown during odd hour
• To carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as scheduled
• To support all Automation Integration
• To recommend improvement to enhance productivity & yield
• Compliance to all regulatory and in house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers
• Prepare Automation document, reports and records on daily basics

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Plastic Technology engineering or equivalent qualification

Advantage

• Relevant working experience in plastic injection molding & PLC programming
• Hand on experience in Factory Automation

Job Scope
-perform contract review on purchase orders

-To create sales order in oracle system with accurate data entry to fulfill customer`s requirements

-Management/Updated of production planning file

-to close sales work order and prepare product certification documents

-liaise with customer on some expectation/requirements.

-Preparation of regular reports

-answering phone calls and emails

-orgranize and maintain company`s records

-Monitor and manage office supplies

-Any other office chores as assigned.

-May need to support production when needed

• • Fault finding and troubleshooting of process

• • Authority on production matters to ensure the smooth functioning of the production department
