Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

General Administrative

• Prepare all agreements/contracts for engaging external vendors/individuals.
• Source and manage bookings of suitable rehearsal and performance venues.
• Apply for appropriate licences whenever necessary (e.g., Compass, Archival form).
• Ensure completion, updating, and filing of all paperwork and documents.
• Regularly update the database for Artists, Conductor, Director, Production Team & Choruses.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings as required.
• Organise vocal classes, workshops, and masterclasses as needed.
• Manage and maintain Production Inventory in SLO Storage.
• Source and coordinate flight and accommodation for international Artists, Conductor, Director, Production Team & Choruses.
• Act as a liaison between SLO and external parties/individuals.

Production Matters

• Assist the Artistic Director/ Manager in engaging Directors, Conductors, Artists, and Production Team for productions.

Training Programmes - Choruses

• Oversee and attend the training sessions of SLO Choruses (Adult, Youth & Children).

• Serve as the main contact person between SLO and Choruses (including parents of Youth & Children Choruses).
