Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process.
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.

• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.

• Implementing continuous process improvements.
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost.
• Provide training staff for new production teams.
• Working hours & days: 6 days work per week 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage departmental budget expenditure and staff headcount.
• Ensure workplace safety and health within the department.
• Lead and oversee the reduction and closure of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Ensure departmental compliance with Company's Management Systems (MS), policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field.

• Experience in handling or participation in ISO certification processes.
• Proficient in chemical plant management with a strong working knowledge.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) regulations.
