• Oversee and manage departmental budget allocation and staffing levels.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health standards within the department.
• Take charge of reducing and closing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Ensure departmental compliance with Company's Management Systems (MS), policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.
• Maintain smooth and efficient production operations.
• Take responsibility for staff development and training to enhance competency levels.
• Supervise and manage departmental budget utilization and staffing levels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a comparable position.
• Experience in managing or involvement in ISO certification procedures.
• Proficiency in chemical plant management with a robust skill set.
• Understanding of Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) regulations.
