The Role Responsibilities The Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking business is undertaking an initiative to uplift a set of existing-to-bank third party arrangements to the prevailing Third Party Risk Management and associated standard. The project will also review the target operating model for governance, risk management, contract owner support and tooling to ensure that the management of third party risk is sustainable. The initiative will last 12 months, commencing Jan 2024 to Dec 2024. The role holder will provide programme management support the Accountable Executive of initiative in executing the programme plan and completing the planned uplift of arrangement, definition and deployment of the Target Operating Model. Strategy Define and maintain the programme roadmap aligned to the strategic vision and objectives of the programme as defined by the programme Accountable Executive. Business & Risk Management Support the Accountable Executive in the governance and implementation of the programme, including ongoing monitoring and management of risks, issues, dependencies and programme financials. Develop and maintain implementation plan that consolidates across business, and working with supporting teams that contribute to the delivery in executing the plan. Processes Adhere to change management standards and procedures and establish framework to ensure that business specific initiatives are adopting the same standards. Comply with Programme Management Standards and the SDF Control Framework (including Agile). Governance Adherence to the Bank's Programme Management good practice and governance, ensuring compliance to Group policies, standards, and local regulatory requirements Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct . Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead the programme to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles : Comply with laws, regulations and Group standards Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key stakeholders CCIB COO and CCIB COO Central Teams Head, Data Management & Governance, CCIB & EA Chief Data Office team Chief Information Security Officer team CFCC, CCIB Advisory Enterprise Change Management Operational Risk, CCIB Our Ideal Candidate 8+ years of experience in Project / Programme Management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation programmes, preferably within the financial services industry Sound knowledge delivering change & transformation domain Good understanding of IT Project Planning and Organization Adhere to change management standards and procedures and establish framework to ensure that business specific initiatives are adopting the same standards. Comply with Programme Management Standards and the SDF Control Framework (including Agile).
