We're searching for a motivated Lead or Senior Product Manager based in Singapore or willing to relocate, to take charge of our product planning, translating ideas into successful strategies and features, and oversee product development from conception to release. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Responsibilities:

- Provide operation support to sales teams, end customer and service teams during end to end customer journeys, facilitating user acquisition and great user experience, including user center and product console

- Develop high quality platform related knowledge, including help documents, guidance, video and other types of knowledge transfer.

In charge of training for both internal and external users.

- Capture, consolidate and validates functional requirements from different teams and users.

- Develop and maintain project plans for cross-functional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery

- Lead alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to business owners, engineers and designers on prioritization and changes to the website

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience in product management

- Experienced in business requirement analysis and system design of cloud commercial supporting platform (ordering, payment, invoice or contract, etc.)

- Proven product and project management skills

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills

- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written) as this role will work closely with external stakeholders

- Strong cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams

POSITION PURPOSE

This individual is responsible for managing a team of production employees and packaging material resources to meet customer order fulfillment. Responsible for production planning activities to optimize the manpower & material resources in meeting customers on-time delivery.

Dimension

This incumbent manages all the production (after the BFS process) aspects of the company.

NATURE AND SCOPE

A. Report Relationship – This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

B. General Department Overview - responsible for managing a team of production employees and packaging material resources in meeting customer order fulfillment. And responsible for production planning activities to optimize manpower & material resources.

C. Areas of Responsibility –

• Manages manpower & packaging material resources to meet customer on-time delivery

• Manages production planning activities to optimize resources in meeting customer order fulfillment

• Coordinate with other departmental heads in meeting common Company’s objectives

• Ensure accurate inventory control on the production shop floor

• Ensure safe & proper housekeeping on the production shop floor

• Drive continuous improvement in the production packaging-related processes

• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, GMP and all other regulatory requirements • Undertakes to carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior / management

D. Challenges of Position – This position requires knowledge and experience in managing a team of production workers; and in production planning & scheduling activities

E. Communication Network – The incumbent requires excellent clear communication skills to work closely with both internal and external customers and to manage a team of production workers.

F. Measurement – The incumbent will be measured on:

(1) Timely & accurate planning & scheduling of orders

(2) On-time customer order fulfillment

G. Requirements – Diploma / Degree in Production Management or equivalent with good written and verbal communication skills. SAP knowledge will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers about Ascend mature solutions, cases, and product performance, design and implement customized solutions based on requirements, and raise high-value competitiveness requirements for the platform. Incubate joint solutions with ISVs in various industry application scenarios based on the competitiveness of Ascend.

2. Huawei cooperates with partners to train and optimize PyTorch/MindSpore/TensorFlow models based on the Atlas hardware platform, improving the performance and precision of model adaptation to Ascend.

3. Dedicate to AI framework and model adaptation development and optimization, and work with partners to design, build, migrate, and adapt AI solutions to support high-quality project delivery and improve product efficiency and experience.

4. Closely follow the latest developments in the field of deep learning and apply new technologies and methods to projects.

C Q Requirements

Expertise:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer/electronic communications, etc.

2. Have general knowledge of more than one development language, such as Python, C++, and Java. Be familiar with open source tools or platforms in the AI field.

3. Have experience in AI, big data, and cloud computing, and be able to design and implement AI industry projects.

Business skills:

1. Have basic AI knowledge, such as deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, and be familiar with at least one mainstream AI computing framework.

2. Experience in developing or using AI chips, operators, AI frameworks, and AI cloud platforms is preferred.

3. Experience in industry application solution design and implementation, and model optimization is preferred.

4. Be able to adapt to domestic business trips, partner communication, and activity support.

5. Clear logical thinking, proactive, responsible, good team communication and collaboration skills, and able to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds to solve complex technical problems.

6. Willingness to continue learning and actively track the latest trends in artificial intelligence and deep learning.

1. Responsible for the user experience and scale of TikTok vertical search (such as text/user/poi/music, etc.)

2. Able to provide vertical search planning (including goals/core path) based on analysis of user requirement, industry competition environment , TikTok content ecology

Qualifications
