The Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team is missioned to:

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, market research, and positioning of Web3 financial products.
• Understand and analyse customer needs to create financial products that meet market demands.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of product designs and optimize user experience.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, feature planning, iterative development, and product launch.
• Oversee risk management, monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and implement product iterations based on market feedback.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including whitepapers, user manuals, and marketing materials.

Job Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in financial product design or management; experience in Web3 or blockchain is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including but not limited to DeFi and crypto asset management products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A keen interest in emerging technologies.

Your Mission

Be responsible to drive the end-to-end delivery of our PaaS platform capabilities for our internal mobile resource management and for our Carrier and MVNO. Our PaaS platform is a key component of our product offering ensuring our customers and internal team have a fully automated system to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SIM cards and eSIM resources that are dispatched into devices. Our PaaS platform integrates component such as SIM provisioning, utilization analytics, and A.I. driven dispatch policies to ensure the our customer with the best quality of experience at a lowest cost.

The Product Manager shall:

• lead engagement with key customers, mobile carriers and MVNO partners to scope their needs and design solution
• work closely with our operation team to understand our own needs and translate it into effective product.
• Simplify and maintain a consistent experience across product, interface and product marketing documentation.

Key success metrics will be a combination of NPS score, successful launch of product that meet customer requirements and adoption.

Main Responsibilities

The main aspects of your mission would consist in:

• Owning the PaaS product definition, its value proposition, UX/UI, its roadmap priorities and ensure execution by our engineering team;
• Defining all the processes related to our product lifecycle;
• Writing the required product specifications, and product documentation;
• Develop data model to optimize SIM supply and cost management and translate it into valuable product for customer
• Designing all the external materials for customer and business partner including documentations and product marketing presentations;
• Ensuring proper training of various team using the product
• Collaborating with engineering and business development to solve critical business challenges;
• Ensuring timely execution of roadmap and overall product and services quality.

Desired Competence and Experience

• Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Sciences or similar
• At least 10 years in software product development and SaaS
• Experience with eTOM and TM Forum Frameworks
• Experience dealing with data driven product, building A.I. model, and machine learning
• Experience in product development of SaaS inventory management system for mobile environment
• Proven experience in product management for MVNO / MNO business support system (BSS).
• Not afraid to be hands-on with a critical reasoning, creative eye, good imagination and curious mindset
• Passion for answering difficult business questions related to user journey, software interface and organization of workflow. Sharp eyes to look for details, inconsistencies, or defects.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a remote team environment
• Strong project management and desire to own many projects at one time
• Outstanding communication skills (both in presentation and comprehension)
• A high-level of interest in the mobile Internet, 4G/5G, and IoT/consumer electronics industries
• English, and Chinese mandarin bilingual
• Remote working, flexible location.

Job Summary

Part of SEA's endeavour to triple the business in 3 years. The talent would take care of Surgery portfolio and also execute digital campaigns from across BDI SEA.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Marketing Activities:

• Develop and iterate marketing plans for assigned portfolio(s) which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidance
• Create and drive market shaping and market development initiatives to maximize therapy reach
• Collaborate with Health Economics and Outcomes Research team, Medical Affairs and Strategic Marketing to optimize portfolio and address unmet market needs
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, key customers and distributors
• Organise and co-ordinate all aspects of product promotional campaigns and / or participation in 3rd party conferences
• Measure effectiveness of marketing plan and campaigns, and pivot accordingly
• Design and execute digital campaigns

Market Knowledge:

• Possesses thorough understanding of local healthcare policies, and industry and market macrotrends which would impact market access and marketing strategy
• Acquire / demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape, patient journey, buying process required to inform marketing strategy and thereby achieve sustainable profitability
• Conduct or acquire market research for relevant data and information required to validate marketing initiatives

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
• Establish and maintain effective and valid product portfolio forecasting
• Manage and optimize resource allocation i.e., assigned expense budget for marketing activities for assigned Divisional product portfolios

Product Knowledge and Training:

• Develop and maintain superior product knowledge and provide regular product training to sales team and customers
• Maintain high level of sales competency through regular product training and develop and enhance sales team’s clinical selling skills to communicate product value propositions effectively

Relationship Management:

• Manage relationships with Divisional marketing, sales organization, marketing agencies to implement the marketing & branding activities
• Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to ensure high level of customer centricity in marketing plans

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years’ Marketing experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry, in demonstrating strategic thinking and successful implementation of marketing strategies
• Possesses strong drive to succeed, reflected by proven track record
• Digital marketing skills is a must
• Experience working with distributors would be an advantage
• Possesses strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Able to undertake at least 40% travel

• Proficient in designing tools such as CAD and FMEA.

• Able to effectively interact with a variety of personnel at all organisational levels and customers.
