1. To Provide primarily support at production department.
2. Assist superiors in prepare and compile reports.
3. Prepare, generate and release job order / purchase requisition to various departments of the confirmed job orders.
4. Responsible for planning of production output, monitor machine capacity, OEE etc.
5. Work closely among inter-departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
6. Provide regular update to the sales/Projects team on project development in a timely manner.
7. Maintenance and upkeep records of Production/Engineering/Technical documents.
8. Arrange production run according to Supervisor/HOD instruction.
9. Receiving/distribution of raw material for production usage.
10. Parts distribution to other departments for next process.
11. Able to systemize and improve on workflow.
12. Good application and know-know on the ERP / reporting tools.
13. Ability to understand or interpret all technical drawing and part specification.

Education level:

1. Min. NTC/Nitec level ME/Mechatronic or its relevant.

Experience level:

1. Two (2) years in relevant experience in clerical environment or manufacturing or its relevant

2. Perform competent in clerical duties, computer literacy.

3. Result oriented, resourceful and independent.

4. Ability to read, understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.

We are a signage production company that design & manufacture signage. We are seeking to hire a workshop Production coordinator in Loyang.

Job responsiblities:

1.To work out and order raw materials for production use with supervisor.

2. To achieve weekly target of items plan to complete for the week.

3. To monitor production progress closely & prompt for next step to minimize delay.

4. To assist in QC Check with supervisor to ensure signs are of acceptable level to release for installation.

Job requirements

1. Applicants with signage experience or sheet metal works experience advantage.

2. Ability to adapt and fit in a multi culture organisation.

Job description

• Creating and managing production schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
• Acting as a liaison between various departments involved in the production process
• Overseeing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are utilized effectively
• Maintaining accurate records of work instructions, SOP
• Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during daily production
• Monitoring the quality of work throughout the production process to ensure that it meets established standards and specifications

Job requirements

• Diploma / ITE in Mechanical/ Mechatronic or equivalent
• Able to communicate effectively with different levels and functions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Assertive, result-oriented with good leadership skills
• Possesses good perseverance and the ability to see things through attitude
