Job Title: Production Coordinator (ID4521)
Location: Tuas
Working Hour：Monday to Thursday: 8.45am to 5.45pm, Friday: 8.45am to 5.15pm
Salary: $3200-$3600

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HOD to meet daily production targets, schedule, and quality standard.
• Plan manpower, draw up duty roaster for operators and technicians, allocating work and
• plan & authorize the overtime accordingly.
• Work closely with production planner to meet the on-time shipments schedule.
• Compilation and monitor department KPI
• Work with various departments / engineering group in cross functional efforts to resolve the
• production related issues
• Identify potential issues within area and work with internal and/or inter-department.
• teams in implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrence.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects in department.
• Support HOD in ISO documentation
• Any adhoc assignments or covering duties as assigned by superior.

Special Requirements (if applicable):
• GCE O Level / Higher Nitec with min 3 years manufacturing experience
• Diploma with min 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• ERP or MES experience is an added advantage.
