RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers in the cleanroom, biotechnology and pharmaceutical production industries
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for products offered and agencies assigned
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, services or solutions that will meet those needs.
• Analyse the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Develop strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients
• Foster and enhance good relationship with all of our customers and grow product portfolio for the team

REQUIREMENTS

Incumbent should ideally be from a Sales Engineer background, experienced in sales related to cleanroom/industrial/pharmaceutical industries. Sales experience is in relations to capital equipment (CAPEX)/ Engineering/integration-related solutions, unlike benchtop devices.

• Minimum diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales environment within related industries (e.g.: healthcare/ cleanroom/ pharmaceutical/ industrial equipment)
• Has strong sales track records
• Experienced in tender and request for quotation (RFQ) preparation and costing
• Preferably with cleanroom or pharmaceutical equipment sales experience
• Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – both spoken and written)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Target driven and able to work independently
• Meticulous and organized personality
• A positive attitude is a mind set that helps you see and recognize opportunities, as well as a strong willingness to learn

Job Description

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 to 10 years sales and marketing experience, knowledge and technical competency in BMS / ELV / Security / Fire Alarm / Pro-sound / Audio Visual / Public Address Systems.

· Proactive, resourceful and eager to explore new business areas.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good contacts with Users/Property Developers/Consultants.

· Computer literacy in MS Office. Autocad will be an added advantage.

· Willing to travel when required.

Job Responsibilities

· Create product and functional specifications for the company’s products and promote to Users/Property Developers/Consultants for pre-tender requisites.

· Early identification of new projects and opportunities to promote the company’s products.

· Create list of projects from sales activities until tender, success is measured on whether specifications are used.

· Conduct market survey, analyze competitors’ activities and develop sales opportunities.

· Sales activities, road shows, exhibition and road shows.

· Prepare weekly/month reports to Sales Manager.

Performs due diligence to ensure accuracy of information. Reviews profiles for renewal process. Reviews work of others. Uses developed communication skills to engage in routine conversations with internal stakeholders and complex external clients in order to support an accurate data-gathering process and resolve any open issues. Reviews standard profiles that have been flagged and escalated for additional review through QSS real time scans or escalated OFAC Sanctions alerts received on transactional reviews. Provides guidance to less experienced AML/KYC/Prevention support staff. No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree is preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience with 3 years of KYC experience preferred.
