Responsibilities
- Define product requirements in various JSG markets and business case for existing and future MOD products developments.
- Work closely with MOD PLM to ensure on time sales release of defined products developments.
- Regular review and ensure Product Lines costing stay competitive to grow JSG MOD business.
- Regular review on the Product Lines sales performance with JSG MOD Sales Management of various OC’s.
- Offer and follow up on necessary engineering solutions that aligned with OC’s market requirements.
- Drive SHAPE Sales data’s quality to ensure operational transparency.
- Lead and Creation of product lines marketing activities to promote product sales.
- Regular review on market pricing to ensure optimisation of Sales C1 while growing MOD businesses.
- Sales and price controls of released product lines. Negotiation with factory on allowable discount to secure targeted projects.
- Align with EI on maintenance pricing for both On and Off portfolios.
- Initial cost out exercise to improve products competitiveness.
- Work with MOD PLM and Group Fulfilment to define the necessary local materials and labour improvements.
- Involve in OC’s sales activities and supports needed as required during enquiry and tender stages.
- Coordinate with Group functions/factory for related product lines/engineering solutions.
- Propose Value Engineering solution.
- Support and develop comprehensive project plan and proposal for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure product lines development compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures and requirements of the process and quality hold points defined in the work instructions of the Top Range Excellence / Fulfilment Plus process.
- Sign off as defined in ON 17100 for major projects, execute all contractual terms to continuously protecting Schindler's financial entitlements.
- Demonstrate the 4 P’s concept and align GMOD strategies to stay in line with JSG strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in lifts or related Technical Service industry.
- English and Chinese language proficiency
- Desire to work globally.
